We’re Plane Crazy For This Classic Mickey Mouse Backpack

Classic Mickey Mouse Backpack

We’re going plane crazy for this new Classic Mickey Mouse Backpack from Loungefly! Yes, I said the right plane, because this bag is inspired by the Mickey Mouse short: Plane Crazy from 1928 and 1929! The monochromatic color scheme even captures the classic black and white cartoon look too.

If you aren’t familiar with Plane Crazy, it was the first creation of Mickey Mouse. The silent film didn’t pick up very much interested at first. However, after Steamboat Willie’s success, this film was released as a sound cartoon on March 17, 1929.

Classic Mickey Mouse Backpack

Loungefly has brought Mickey from the film reel to our style playlists as an adorable convertible backpack. You can actually wear this bag as a backpack, OR a crossbody because of the convertible straps it comes with. This has been a new trend popping up on Loungefly backpacks, and I am 100% here for it.

The lining is also really fun inside, with Mickey and Minnie zooming through the sky on a plane!

All sorts of poses and expressions from the classic film can be seen sprinkled across the grey faux leather bag. The straps are a woven canvas, that say “Mickey Mouse” in the classic style all the way across. You can find the Plane Crazy inspired bag online at Lulabites for $68.00.

What do you think of this charming Classic Mickey Mouse Backpack from Loungefly?
