I will admit that I didn’t know much about Dapper Days at Disney Parks, as I have never attended them myself. As the Disney Fashionista, I thought it was well within my domain to dissect the Dapper Days and see what they are really all about. It is based around fashion after all! The question is, do you know about Dapper Days at Disney Parks and will you be showing your D-Style??
Dapper Days at Disney Parks happen twice a year and this weekend is one of those times. It’s a time when people that attend can dress up in their finest, in whatever vintage tradition happens to be their cup of tea! Who doesn’t love that idea?? This day was created by Justin Jorgensen. A true inspiration in this Disney Fashionista’s opinion. Attendees can choose from any vintage era and style they desire and are encouraged to let the various retro designs of the Parks inspire their attire. Can’t you just picture roaming Tomorrowland in a mod 1960s cocktail dress? The only rule is to be chic, fabulous, well-coiffed, intentional, stylish- dapper!
I think that the main thing to remember about Dapper Days is it all about style and it’s a great way to show that you have it. When I asked you about whether you were going to show your D-Style, you probably started wondering what that has to do with it or where it fits in. One thing you may not have thought about in regards to Dapper Days is the fact that you can Disney Bound! This is the ultimate way to show your D-Style! Mary Poppins, Cruella De Vil, and Bianca could all be masterful Disney Bounding looks for these Dapper Days!! Don’t you agree?
