As we look forward to 2025, it’s also a time to reflect on the past year. We are wrapping up 2024 by looking back at the best Disney fashion collabs of the year. This past year, Disney demonstrated the power of its beloved stories with bold collaborations that fused timeless magic with cultural relevance.
Looking Back on the 2024 Disney Fashion Collabs
From Coperni’s viral fashion show at Disneyland Paris with Kylie Jenner that closed out Paris Fashion Week, to Balmain and Olivier Rousteing’s stunning tribute to “The Lion King” and upcoming “Mufasa: The Lion King,” and Harry Styles’ brand Pleasing whimsical “Fantasia” collection and more, each collaboration connected with new audiences, pushed boundaries and propelled Disney forward among tastemakers.
Disney also captured the attention of athleisure consumers with lululemon’s athlete-driven collection, featuring Olympian Colleen Quigley and Peloton’s Cody Rigsby, Gap x Disney’s collegiate-inspired collection showcased at the highly anticipated football game between Alabama and Georgia, and Kith’s lifestyle drops celebrating Marvel’s 85th anniversary and Donald Duck’s 90th birthday.
Let’s relive some of the memories together!
Disney x Coperni

For the first time in history Disneyland Paris participated in Paris Fashion Week this year. Coperni unveiled its Spring Summer ’25 apparel and accessories collection in spectacular style with a fashion show headlined by Kylie Jenner in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. Closing out Paris Fashion Week in October, the show was livestreamed for audiences around the world. The collection, inspired by Disney Princesses, Disney Villains, and Mickey Mouse, will debut at retailers globally this spring.
Disney x Balmain: The Lion King

Disney and Balmain’s first collaboration celebrates 30 years of “The Lion King,” and the upcoming theatrical release of “Mufasa: The Lion King.” Blending luxury fashion with African artistry and cultural heritage, this extensive collection of ready-to-wear pieces and accessories for men and women was designed by Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing, who found the project especially personal as he was deeply moved by The Lion King as a child. The stunning fashion range was given the red-carpet treatment at a Lion King in concert event at London’s Royal Albert Hall, which featured a show stopping performance from Leigh-Anne singing “Can You Feel The Love Tonight,” Jourdan Dunn, Leomie Anderson, Gabriella Gomes decked out in Balmain looks as well as a showcase of the short film short film directed by Femi Oladigbolu.
Disney x lululemon

The 34-piece activewear collection blended Disney’s classic Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse art on classic lululemon styles, available online and in stores globally — and it’s selling out fast. The launch featured an influencer and media event at The Grove LA and NeueHouse Los Angeles featuring former Bachelor Matt James and a social campaign starring lululemon Ambassadors, including NBA star Jordan Clarkson, Olympian Piper Gilles, Olympian Colleen Quigley, and Peloton’s Cody Rigsby.
Disney Fantasia x Pleasing

For the launch of Disney’s first collaboration with Harry Styles’ brand, Pleasing, the whimsical charm of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ animated classic film “Fantasia” came to life through an all-new collection of apparel, accessories, nail care, and skincare items. Numerous global retail experiences offered consumers a chance to shop including two limited-edition pop ups in Orlando and Houston and settings in select Disney Store locations in New York City and London. Orlando’s Disney Springs pop-up storefront was the first-of-its-kind at the popular destination.
Gap x Disney

The first Collegiate collection blended ‘90s varsity-inspired designs with Mickey & Friends and Gap. To celebrate, Disney brought the collection, along with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, to the highly anticipated Alabama vs. Georgia game on ESPN College GameDay.
Marvel x Kith 85th Anniversary Collection

Celebrating Marvel’s 85th anniversary, the Marvel x Kith 85th Anniversary Collection featured an extensive array of apparel, accessories, collectibles and more —reimagining iconic Marvel villains through the Kith lens. A custom comic book featuring Kith founder Ronnie Fieg that was hugely popular with fans was developed alongside several bespoke capsule offerings.
