The artist SHAG has teamed up with Harveys and Disney to create three Star Wars styles for the seatbelt bag brand. The set debuts on May 21 at Disneyland. Melanie and Dana Harvey and SHAG will be available for signings. The collection is called “A Wretched Hive” and will include medium streamline totes, hip packs, and billfolds. In addition to the bags, SHAG’s art will appear on tee shirts, cell phone cases, glasses, plates, pillows, and a few other items.
The Harveys and SHAG are scheduled to appear at WonderGround Gallery located in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District between 3 and 5 pm. Guests will be able to enter the gallery beginning at 8 am to purchase other items. A limit of 5 items per guest and 2 per style will be enforced. Vouchers will be given to hold your place in line for signings when you make your purchase. No personal items will be signed and there is a limit of 2 items for signing.
Harveys has confirmed that the bags will only be available at the Downtown Disney location. As of now, there are no plans to release this collection online. The store will not take phone orders. While these are not limited edition bags, it is best to get them as soon as possible.

I love the artwork of Shag and I also love Harvey’s Seatbeltbags. I have several with a few of them Disney. I was considering one of these but I understand Harveys is doing an Alice in Wonderland line coming soon so I want to save my money for those. I am lucky to live close to Disneyland and am an annual passholder so I love attending events like this.
