I love learning little secrets. It’s possible that you have already heard the news I am about to share but I hadn’t! I enjoy my Disney bags and, though Vera Bradley is not usually my style, I can always appreciate that not everyone has my style! There are 2 new Disney Vera Bradley designs, “Preppy Polly” and “Mickey meets Birdie” that are set to be released on October 9th!
I don’t have a lot of information on these bags… yet. I wanted to at least share what I do have. There are 2 new colors of the above design, Which is called Preppy Polly. This design is not typical of the usual Vera Bradley design. 4 styles in each color are available. It looks to be less of a quilted feel and more of an embossed or screened on look. I could be wrong but these pictures are all I have to go on. I will know more in a few days.
This design is more along the lines of what I am used to seeing from Vera Bradley. It is called Mickey Meets Birdie. There are 5 styles in this print, which looks to be more of a brown and pink color combination. I love that for Fall. If you look closely, you can see Mickey Mouse within the circular leaves and then scattered in pink around the design as well.
The other piece of information I have to share is that you can actually meet the co-founder and chief executive officer of Vera Bradley bags at Marketplace Co-op in Disney Springs Friday, October 9th!!! From 11am- 12:30pm Barbara Bradley Bakgaard will be there for a special appearance!! I’d love to have her sign a bag for me!
