Disneyland has a new pair of Ears and they are shining, shimmering splendid! The new Ears also look remarkably familiar!
You may be asking yourself, why do I know these? Well, the new ears are almost identical to the WDW Annual Passholder Ears, with a few key changes. The bow on these Ears is pink, for Sleeping Beauty Castle. There is also a charm in the center of the bow that is absent compared to the WDW version.
The side of the Ears says Disneyland which tells me these will not be showing up on the East Coast.
My conclusion is these were supposed to be the Annual Passholder Ears for Disneyland and then Disneyland got rid of their Annual Passholder program, for the time being. As someone who had an annual pass for Disneyland, I am sad that a Disneyland AP version isn’t available BUT these ears are still magnificent on their own!
