I love all of the magical food at the parks, and with May the Fourth almost here, the Disney Parks Blog has released a May The Fourth Foodie Guide! Let’s dive in!
Disneyland Resort
Over on the West Coast at Disneyland Resort, you can grab some Ishi Tie-style Pasta with Braised Beef Bantha (Beef pot roast, coconut curry sauce, pasta, and mixed vegetables) or some Vintian Mineral Mousse (Banana brûlée-centered dark chocolate mousse, strawberry mousse, vanilla chantilly, chocolate crumble, and cherry garnish) at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.
You can also head to Kat Saka’s Kettle for some Outpost Mix (A colorful blend of seasonal flavors including caramel and chocolate-glazed popcorn) or some Shaak Cheese Popped Grains (white cheddar flavored popcorn).
You can even pick up a Chocolate Chip Sweet-Sand Cookie (Chocolate chip-toffee cookie topped with pistachios and sea salt), Blue Milk-Mon Cala Swirl (Blue Milk with blue mango sour jellies topped with a sour shimmery mango gel), and a Bubo Wamba Family Farms Cup!
Oga’s Cantina is getting in on the fun with Five-Blossom Bread (Warm pretzel knot with Hawaiian black sea salt served with honey-mustard cream foam and Calabrian cheese sauce), Fondor Fizz (Toniray Teal Chardonnay, Tito’s Vodka, and Joffrey’s White Tea with flavors of lemongrass and pea flower citrus), Sesid Seltzer (Tropical Pineapple-Orange Hard Seltzer), and Black Squadron Lager (Golden Lager with a touch of Honey).
You can even grab some Sullust Garlic Chips (Mix of Buffalo and White Cheddar-flavored Garlic Chips) at the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Beverage Cart!
At Galactic Grill you can pick up a Parfait of Mustafar (Chocolate lava cake, chocolate ganache, and red pâte à choux filled with salted caramel pudding and red chocolate mousse) and at Candy Palace and Candy Kitchen, you can grab a Grogu Apple (Granny Smith apple dipped in caramel with marshmallow ears and enrobed in colored white chocolate and gold sanding sugar)!
At the Holiday Cart at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa you can grab a Star Wars Sugar Cookie (dipped in chocolate with Star Wars decoration), a Wookie Cookie (Chocolate-hazelnut-filled chocolate cookie rolled in sprinkles with a chocolate sash), and Pretzel Lightsabers (Pretzel sticks dipped in white chocolate with colored sanding sugar). You can also check out a fabulous edible display in the lobby of the Millennium Falcon in Black Spire Outpost!
Over in Downtown Disney District, you can grab a Grogu Apple (Granny Smith apple dipped in caramel with marshmallow ears and enrobed in colored white chocolate and gold sanding sugar) at Marceline’s Confectionery and a Light Classic Shake (Electric blue vanilla shake, silver and blue galaxy sprinkles, whipped cream, and chocolate drizzle) or a Dark Classic Shake (Wild cherry shake, red and black sprinkles, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and a cherry) at Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes!
You can also grab a Galaxy Roll (Fresh salmon, cucumber, and avocado rolled in soy paper topped with steamed shrimp and ahi tuna drizzled with spicy kimchi ponzu sauce) at Splitsville Luxury Lanes, a Galaxy Caramel Macaron (Satisfy two cravings at once with sea salt caramel with white chocolate ganache) at Kayla’s Cake, a Red Galaxy Cocktail (Light rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, squeezed lime, squeezed honey, and a splash of grenadine served on the rocks and topped with mint) or a Green Moon Cocktail (Served with either tequila or mezcal, Anchor Reyes, canton ginger, lemon juice, a squeeze of honey syrup, and topped with soda water served in a hurricane glass garnished with green pepper and lime) at Naples Ristorante e Bar, and a Dueling Fates Cocktail which includes an Empire Cocktail (with Cruzan citrus rum, blue Curacao, lime juice, and Sprite) and a Rebel Cocktail (with Effen cucumber Vodka, watermelon Torani, and Sprite) at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen!
If you were lucky enough to get tickets to Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite, you can enjoy treats like a Cantina Snack Dog at Refreshment Corner hosted by Coca-Cola, a Purple Saber Funnel Cake from Stage Door Café, The Dark Stuff from Red Rose Taverne, and the Dathomirian Cannelloni from French Market Restaurant!
Walt Disney World Resort
Walt Disney World Resort has lots of tasty treats, too! There are Lightsaber Churros served with chocolate sauce available at Churro Carts in Grand Avenue, Market, and Anaheim Produce in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
At ABC Commissary, Backlot Express, PizzeRizzo, and Rosie’s All-American Café you can grab a Jettison Juice (Minute Maid Lemonade and watermelon served with a glow cube)!
Backlot Express, PizzeRizzo, and The Trolley Car Café will all also offer the Dark Side Chocolate Creation (Malted milk chocolate mousse dome with raspberry mousse filling, slivered almonds, and chocolate shortbread cookie).
You can also pick up a Wookie Cookie (Two oatmeal cookies with vanilla cream filling garnished with a milk chocolate sash on top) at Backlot Express!
At Brown Derby Lounge, Oasis Canteen, and Sunshine Day Bar you can grab a Cosmic Rum Punch (Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, Bacardi Superior Rum, pineapple juice, Minute Maid lemonade, and grenadine served with a glow cube)!
At Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo you can pick up an Oi-Oi Puff (Raspberry cream puff with passion fruit mousse)!
There is also a Galactic Swirl Funnel Cake (Black and white funnel cake with strawberries, space dust, and candy rocks) at Epic Eats!
You can grab a Bubo Wamba Family Farms Cup at the Milk Stand here, too!
Popcorn stands at Hyperion Theater, Animation Courtyard, and Anaheim Produce will have Interstellar Sweet and Crunchy Popcorn (Caramel popcorn, cookies ‘n cream pieces, and sweet and spicy pecans)!
Over at Disney Springs, Amorette’s Patisserie has Lightsaber Eclairs (Flavors include Mace Windu berry cherry, Master Yoda pistachio, Rey passion pineapple, Darth Vader Dark Side mousse flavored with cayenne pepper and cinnamon, and Obi Wan Kenobi blue matcha)!
You can even head over to Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort for a Millennium Falcon Star Wars Soft Serve Sundae (Galactic gray vanilla soft-serve with chocolate cream cookie crumbles, chocolate drizzle, white chocolate pearl stars, brownie asteroid pieces with stardust sparkles, and a Millennium Falcon chocolate accent piece)!
