Fall is bringing plenty of delicious reasons to visit the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin! From spooky Halloween cocktails to Thanksgiving feasts and the return of the popular Food & Wine Classic, the resort is celebrating the season with something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a festive date night or a family-friendly holiday meal, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the flavors of fall.
Get Into the Halloween Spirit with Specialty Cocktails

Halloween isn’t just about candy and costumes! Throughout October, restaurants and lounges at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin are serving up specialty cocktails inspired by the spooky season. Each week brings a new creation, giving guests a reason to return for another round of festive fun.
The Halloween cocktail lineup includes:
- October 4–10: Fantasia – A decadent combination of Three Olives Vodka, Chambord, Mozart White Chocolate liqueur, honey blossom syrup, and oat milk. A striking red honey rim adds a vampire-worthy finishing touch.
- October 11–17: Blood Moon Lychee – This hauntingly beautiful cocktail combines Maestro Dobel Tequila, lychee juice, fresh lemon juice, and cherry syrup for a refreshing balance of sweet and tart flavors.
- October 18–24: Haunted Harvest – Fall flavors take center stage with Three Olives Vodka, Prosecco, apple juice, caramel butter syrup, lime juice, and orgeat. It sounds like autumn in a glass!
- October 25–31: Gravedigger – A Halloween twist on a classic Negroni, featuring Kraken Rum, Crème de Banana, Antica Vermouth, and Aperol. This one is perfect for guests who prefer a bolder cocktail.
Guests can find these specialty drinks at participating restaurants and lounges throughout the Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve, including Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, Todd English’s bluezoo, Phins Lounge, Amare, and Kimonos.
For even more Halloween fun, the Dolphin is hosting weekly costume contests at Lagoon Games, Lanes & Eats. The contests take place on Saturday evenings through October 24 at 5:00 p.m., with prizes awarded for the best costumes. It’s a fun opportunity to show off your Halloween creativity!
Celebrate Thanksgiving Without the Cooking
If spending Thanksgiving in the Disney bubble sounds like your idea of a perfect holiday, the Swan and Dolphin has several delicious options!

Garden Grove at the Swan will offer a special Thanksgiving buffet in its whimsical, park-inspired setting. Guests can enjoy traditional favorites like roasted turkey and glazed ham, along with additional selections including seared grouper. There will even be made-to-order Mickey waffles! It’s a family-friendly way to celebrate Thanksgiving without worrying about cooking or cleaning up afterward.
For those who prefer a more traditional restaurant experience, several signature dining locations will offer special Thanksgiving dishes alongside their regular menus.
At Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina in the Dolphin, guests can enjoy Slow-Roast Turkey Roulade, Turkey Pot Pie, and Roasted Pumpkin Cheesecake. The cheesecake sounds like a wonderful way to finish a Thanksgiving meal!
Over at Amare in the Swan Reserve, the holiday special will be Turkey Breast Milanese. Il Mulino at the Swan will feature Ballottina Di Tacchino, while Todd English’s bluezoo at the Dolphin will serve Turkey Roulade.
With so many different dining options, guests can choose a Thanksgiving experience that fits their family’s tastes and traditions.
Seasonal Fall Flavors Are on the Menu
The fall celebrations don’t stop with Halloween and Thanksgiving. Several restaurants are featuring seasonal dishes throughout the autumn months.
At Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, guests can indulge in a Hay-Smoked Tomahawk Steak served with potato-crusted fondant potatoes and red wine demi-glace.
Todd English’s bluezoo is offering a Harvest Salad filled with roasted acorn squash, crispy quinoa, baby kale, arugula, shaved Brussels sprouts, frisée, fresh pomegranate, candied walnuts, and maple-goat cheese mousse. A Dijon vinaigrette brings everything together.
Meanwhile, Il Mulino is serving Ossobuco with braised veal shank, creamy polenta, roasted vegetables, and gremolata.
At Tangerine in the Swan Reserve, guests can try Lamb Kofta with seasoned ground lamb sausage, tzatziki, fennel and apple salad, and red shoug.
These seasonal additions are a great excuse to try something new during your next visit to the resort!
The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Returns in November
One of the resort’s most anticipated culinary events is also returning this fall! The 2026 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is scheduled for November 20 and 21, bringing two evenings of incredible food, beverages, and entertainment to the resort.

The annual event transforms the resort’s outdoor spaces into a lively street party featuring unlimited food and beverage tastings. Guests can sample dishes from the resort’s 23 restaurants and lounges while enjoying international wines, beer, and live entertainment.
The event also features themed areas, including Chinatown, Carnival Corner, and For the Love of Florida. For guests interested in learning more about their favorite beverages, instructor-led tasting classes will explore beer, wine, and spirits.
Celebrity chefs Michael Mina and Todd English are also expected to make appearances during the festivities.
One of the best things about the Food & Wine Classic is the opportunity to sample dishes from multiple signature restaurants in one evening. It’s a wonderful experience for foodies who want to explore the resort’s impressive culinary offerings without committing to just one restaurant.

Between the Halloween cocktails, Thanksgiving menus, seasonal dishes, and Food & Wine Classic, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is giving guests plenty of reasons to visit this fall.
Personally, I’m especially intrigued by the Haunted Harvest cocktail and the Thanksgiving offerings at Garden Grove. There’s something wonderful about enjoying a holiday meal at Disney without having to spend the day in the kitchen!
