I cannot wait to attend the 2026 Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic! This is one event that I look forward to each and every year! The menus for this year’s event have been revealed, and my mouth is watering!
The event is returning for its 17th year, Friday, Nov. 20, and Saturday, Nov. 21, the award-winning culinary team, from world-renowned celebrity chefs to celebrities in their own right, rolls out exciting food menus for the much-anticipated weekend affair.
Set outdoors along the scenic causeway at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, located in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort, the two-night festival will showcase a variety of unique dishes, more than 170 beverage selections and live entertainment in a vibrant, street party-style atmosphere. There is so much that I have never been able to try each and every item but it sure is one of goals!
The tasty line-up includes the hotel’s newest restaurant, Bourbon Steak by Celebrity Chef Michael Mina, along with other restaurant favorites: Celebrity Chef Todd English’s bluezoo, Il Mulino, Amare, Rosa Mexicano and more. Returning themed areas include guest favorites: the Beer Garden, For the Love of Florida, Chinatown and the Bubble Lounge.

Highlights from the 2026 menu include:
- Lasagna (Il Mulino) – house-made pasta, eggplant, fresh pomodoro, béchamel, roasted mushrooms, caper crumbles (Friday)
- Oyster Espuma (Todd English’s bluezoo) – Gruyère panna cotta, champagne sphere, sea beans, crispy parmesan, tobiko caviar (Friday and Saturday)
- Slow Cooked Berkshire Pork Belly (Smokin D’s) – hickory smoked cane sugar “cloud,” carrot ginger puree, chai apricot glaze, crunchy garlic (Friday)
- Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib (Bourbon Steak) – celery root espuma, shallot marmalade (Friday and Saturday)
- Watermelon Feta Salad (Amare) – sumac onions, red wine vinaigrette, grilled halloumi, fresh mint (Saturday)
- Blackened Cedar Plank Grouper (For the Love of Florida) – red grouper, blackened, served with coconut rice, ginger black beans, green onion and chili-mango-pineapple pico de gallo
(Friday & Saturday) - Tacos de Cochinita Pibil (Rosa Mexicano) – roasted pork marinated in achiote and spices, fresh corn tortillas, pickled cabbage, slaw, onions, cilantro (Friday & Saturday)
- Mini Smash Burger (The Fountain) – American wagyu beef, American cheese, caramelized onion, Roma tomato, garlic aioli, cheddar-jalapeno slider roll
- Cured Salmon, Blue Crab (Kimonos) – takuan, avocado, mentaiko sauce, yuzu tobiko, micro radish
Returning favorites include:
- Chips and Salsa Bar (Rosa Mexicano) – Fresh fried corn tortilla chips, norteña, tomatillo arbol, aguamole, habanero pickled onions, pico de gallo, tomatillo pico (Friday & Saturday)
- Shu Mein (Chinatown) – Shanghai noodles, braised tofu, shiitake mushroom, bamboo, vegan broth (Friday & Saturday)
And that’s just the food… wine-lovers will delight in unlimited samples from around the world, as bubbly fans savor a variety of champagnes in the Bubble Lounge and beer enthusiasts enjoy treats from brats to brews in the Beer Garden.
