Charming Charlie has long been a favorite of Fashionistas searching for fun accessories at affordable prices, but it just got even better! The accessory hot spot just released a Disney collection, and it is everything you could have hoped for! It includes Minnie Mouse, Disney Princesses, Villains, and even Star Wars.
This bag is obviously inspired by Minnie Mouse, and it’s a silhouette that is reminiscent of the Loungefly design. That’s because this is a Loungefly Collection!!! It comes with a longer crossbody strap and has a Minnie signature nameplate on the front. And at only $45, this bag is certainly a steal!
Barrel bags are my very favorite purse silhouette, and this one is both classic and fun! The geometric design is a nice contrast to the rounder silhouette. A crossbody strap is included, and this one is only $39. I heard that there is a Minnie wristlet and backpack as well, but my Charming Charlie was sold out of those.
The same silhouette comes in two other designs as well; one features an assortment of Disney Princesses in portrait frames, and the other features Belle and her roses. I love the Princess Portrait one, but I do think the placement is unfortunate. Every one of these at my Charming Charlie had the same placement, so I assume they were all made the same. The artwork and colors are beautiful though! The Belle design looks very similar to a Loungefly one released last year. Both of these have longer straps included and cost $39.00.
This nylon backpack is covered with Beauty and the Beast and rose silhouettes. It is large and roomy and only costs $32.00! A Belle wristlet is available as well, but just like the Minnie one, it had already sold out in my store.
Villains merchandise is always popular, but this mini backpack is just fabulous! The grape color is perfect! Tiny pictures of Ursula, the Evil Queen, Cruella, and Maleficient are interspersed with a skull and crossbones. I’m a big fan of the mini-backpack silhouette; they hold so much without being bulky! This one costs $32.00.
In my excitement about finding Villains merchandise, I forgot to get a good stand-alone picture of the tote. You can see Maleficent and the Evil Queen, but Ursula and Cruella are on it also. This is a very large and roomy tote. This one was missing a price tag, so I’m unsure of the exact cost.
Bags aren’t the only Disney items available either! The classic red and black ears look very similar to the ones sold at the parks. These are half the price though, retailing for just $12! And if you’re lucky, you might even find the coveted rose gold ears. Several Charming Charlie stores are carrying them. The Minnie charm bracelet and matching earrings are each $14. That’s a lot of sparkle for a little money!
I did check online and they are not available on CharmingCharlie.com. They might be later! It’s a mystery.
These bags are cute and fun and a fantastic bargain! I’m thinking of purchasing one to use on bad weather days as I like to baby my Dooneys. There is also a Star Wars collection, so stay tuned for a separate article featuring the Force!
