The Deluxe Resorts around the Monorail loop of Walt Disney World are almost like an attraction themselves. The Contemporary, Grand Floridian, and Polynesian are all accessible via the Monorail, and offer incredible themes! For those of us who love these resorts, there is lots of Fun Merchandise to collect too!
The Contemporary:
The Contemporary Resort offers modern looks in both architecture and decor. You’ll find lots of items in the blue and white colors found throughout the resort that capture the modern design elements.
The Grand Floridian:
You’ll find lots of gorgeous pieces that capture the Victorian essence of the Grand Floridian at the Sandy Cove gift shop. Victorian elegance meets modern sophistication at the Grand Floridian, and the souvenir items truly capture that. Many shirts and jackets feature the beautiful GF logo, as well as some of the mascot characters of the resort, like Mary Poppins.
You’ll find textured Victorian inspired pillows, as well as lace detailed mugs. There are even travel mugs and other home decor items to choose from.
This beautiful tote bag has soft shades of purple, and beautiful Art Nouveau style flowers, which was an art style that gained popularity during the Victorian era.
Of course there is also many fabulous souvenirs to commemorate your stay at the Grand Floridian like ornaments, pins, and magnets too.
The Polynesian:
The Polynesian Village Resort is one of my favorites to visit! I can spend hours enjoying the sites and sounds of this beautiful resort.
You’ll find all kinds of apparel items featuring favorite Disney characters in tropical attire, and designs inspired by Polynesian traditions. I find the Disney twist on the “Hawaiian” shirt style to be one of my favorites. You’ll even find ties with the fun tropical Disney prints.
There’s a beautiful tote bag for the Poly, too! It features the Maui Tiki statue that you see when you enter the Great Ceremonial House lobby of the Polynesian.
No worries if you’re looking for something smaller to bring back in your luggage. You’ll find a large variety of magnets, key chains, and pins that represent the Polynesian Village Resort to take home.
