It’s officially the opening of the 2020 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival and the merchandise is already starting to appear online! It is definitely clear the Minnie is the star of the Flower and Garden Festival Dooney and Bourke Collection!
We knew this to be true of the sneak peeks we had seen on shopDisney’s IG account but now we can see the print up close and personal and it is truly stunning! Minnie Mouse is the star as she is clearly the main character on the tote bag in the collection.
There look to be 3 silhouettes in this collection but I am hoping, once I get to the Festival this morning, there will be a fourth silhouette for annual passholders. This is my dream.
The tote you see above does have the smaller overall print on the bottom of the bag so you get the best of both worlds! It doesn’t have a zipper top closure, it is a snap closure, but it does have feet on the bottom. It retails for $298. Placement is not an issue for this one.
The crossbody is a darling silhouette and I am betting it will be the most popular. The double seem and pocket on the front make for more difficult placement but the color is so perfect for Spring, how can one deny themselves this bag?! Minnie is looking stylish as she is pedaling around looking at flowers. Her signature bows can also be found in the mix. The crossbody is $198.
The wallet/wristlet is perfect for those that want just a splash of Spring, The wallet has the strap so it can be used as a wristlet too. It is $158.
I am loving the braided leather for the straps on the first two bags. The hint of mint in the trim of leather is perfectly Spring, as well.
