Disney Resorts Lunar New Year Merch Rings in the Year of the Ox!

I’m so excited to celebrate the Year of the Ox with my family this year, and all of the Disney Resorts Lunar New Year Merch is getting me in the holiday spirit! I can’t wait to have noodles and dumplings while exchanging red envelopes. Being surrounded by celebratory Disney merch will make the festivities even more special!

NuiMOs

NuiMOs have taken Disney by storm and are all over the Disney Parks worldwide and ShopDisney. Now you can outfit your cute posable friends with celebratory outfits for Lunar New Year!

Spirit Jersey and Minnie Ears

Wearing new clothes for Lunar New Year is part of Chinese culture – and a tradition I’ve always embraced even as a little Fashionista! The Year of the Ox Spirit Jersey and Lunar New Year Minnie Ears would be the perfect choice to wear to ring in the new year!

Disneyland Resort

Downtown Disney District in Disneyland Resort has beautiful balloons straight from Shanghai Disney Resort! I wish I could get my hands on these to use as decorations for Lunar New Year!

ShopDisney

ShopDisney has two plushes that were created especially for Shanghai Disney Resort. Mickey and Minnie are dressed in their festive best for the auspicious occasion!

Kate Spade New York

Clarabelle Cow rarely appears on Disney Merch, but for the Year of the Ox she joins Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck on the cutest Kate Spade accessories. While the pink bags are gorgeous, the red sweatshirt is especially eye-catching. Plus, wearing red is lucky for celebrating Lunar New Year! This collection is available at Kate Spade retail locations and online.

Hong Kong Disney Resort

Hong Kong Disney Resort is celebrating Lunar New Year with NuiMOs, Tsum Tsums, Chinese-style jackets, and red envelopes (hong bao)! You can use red envelopes to give paper money gifts to children and also as a decoration for the holiday. They are available in Kingdom Gifts in Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and online.

Shanghai Disney Resort 

Two merchandise collections have arrived at Shanghai Disney Resort to celebrate the Spring Festival (another name for Lunar New Year). I especially love the Duffy and Friends Collection which features traditional Spring Festival costumes bedecked with koi fish, peaches, and gold ingots! The 2021 Spring Festival Mickey and Friends Collection includes adorable items like the Mickey Family Fortune Set and the Chip ‘n’ Dale headband.
