An Exciting Disney Discovery: The Bershka Disney Collection

It’s very rare when I come across a store that I have never heard of that has Disney merchandise. When I do, I get very excited and my wallet suddenly feels a lot lighter! This happened recently when I discovered the Bershka Disney Collection. Now that I know about this collaboration, I’ve bookmarked the website and am hoping that Bershka releases more Disney items soon!

The first item that caught my attention was the Mickey Mouse Bomber Jacket. This jacket is done in red and black plaid. At first, I was puzzled because I didn’t understand how this was a Disney jacket. After a few glances, I saw that there are black Mickey Mouse heads on both of the sleeves. This subtle Disney style allows the wearer to have a little Disney fun while staying a little bit more adult and classy.

There is also a Tie-dye Mickey T-shirt. This cropped tee features Mickey and Minnie dressed in western wear. Mickey and Minnie smile out at onlookers in front of horseshoes. This shirt makes me want to put on my cowgirl boots and go to a hoedown.

I think that the star of this collection is the Minnie and Daisy sneakers. Minnie and Daisy are drawn in black and white in the background. The pair can be seen wearing tie-dye, hippy looking outfits in the foreground. While the majority of the shoe is white, the back has a hint of pink and orange tie-dye. The inside of the shoe is denim in color and has a dainty white daisy on the soul of the shoe.

My favorite part of the shoe has to be the bottom! It makes me want to try to walk on my head, just so I can show it off. One shoe has a large picture of Daisy, while the other has a picture of Minnie. Because I don’t think that I would get too far walking on my head, I will definitely be looking for any excuse to show off the bottoms of my feet while wearing these shoes!
