Berlin Fashion Week Debuts New Mickey Mouse Inspired Designs

My dream is to some day be able to attend fashion week. I know there are many around the world and that’s why my statement is so generic. I don’t really care which one at this point…. NYC, Paris, Milan, London, Shanghai or Berlin… any of them would be amazing! This year, Berlin fashion week debuts new Mickey Mouse inspired designs and I am dying!

I am in love with this dress! Obviously Mickey isn’t the only Disney character on this dress but that doesn’t matter to me. I love all things Disney! I wouldn’t necessarily wear the gloves but the shoes and the belt are fabulous!

Let’s talk about runway shows and how, for the average  woman, the clothes are not very wearable. This is one of the main things I love about this collection. It is totally wearable! There’s not one piece I wouldn’t wear. That’s a rare comment from me when it comes to runway looks, I promise.

These designs are created by Lena Oschek, an Austrian designer that has definitely grabbed my attention with this collection! She is most well known for her unique take on classic, feminine design. I do love feminine designs! I am a girlie girl for sure.

The designer, Hoschek, explained:

My aim in creating this collection was to set reason to one side and do things purely out of fun. It was important for me to focus on zest for life and to convey a sense of great optimism with my collection.

What’s more fun than Disney?! Berlin fashion week really made a mark for me this year! I am definitely going to be tracking down these designs this Fall!

What do you think, fashionistas? Do you love these designs? Let us know what you think in the comment box below!

I love all of the dresses but the last two are by far my favorite. I think the gloves gives a very chic look. I would love to wear something like this to Dapper Day at WDW!

Minus the belt and gloves I would wear almost everything in this collection. I’ve got a fantastic pair of black and white sandals that would go with almost everything here. I especially like the last dress as it gives a 50’s style vibe and lately I have been tuning into that a lot! I do hope you’ll be keeping tabs on this designer and helping us find out where and when we could get our hands on one of these!

Love these! Where are they available for purchase? They’re not on her website

Nowhere that we have found but usually when things debut at a fashion show they aren’t available to the public for another season or so. We will keep our eyes peeled!
