It’s not a secret that I am hooked on The Aristocats and Thomas Kinkade Studios. I have my own mini Thomas Kinkade gallery and both of my cats have middle names from the film (Marie and Berlioz!). It’s almost Valentine’s Day and I am more than happy to celebrate Love Under the Moon with a brand new piece of art!
This gorgeous Parisian scene showcases Duchess and Thomas O’Malley as they continue with their romance in the most romantic city on Earth. Their love story is so romantic (and based on a true story from the early 1900s)! Marie, Berlioz, and Toulouse aren’t far away as they watch how the night plays out.
There are so many details in this piece! Scat Cat, Billy Boss, Shun Gon, Hit Cat, and Peppo provide the music to set the mood for this romantic scene. You can even spot Madame Adelaide Bonfamille if you look closely.
This is the second Limited Edition Art form Thomas Kinkade Studios to feature The Aristocats. The first release is hanging on my living room wall. I think this would make a wonderful addition to my collection. I need ALL the Aristocat pieces!
This piece currently is available as Limited Edition Canvas or Limited Edition Paper. Initially, I opted for the Limited Edition Paper last time around. This gorgeous piece of art was just released in time to be featured at The Festival of the Arts at EPCOT but it is also available on the Thomas Kinkade website HERE, if you aren’t able to make it there. The difference is that, at the festival, You can have Dirk Wunderlich himself sign your art with a special sketch! I just did it last week for my Minnie and Mickey in Paris wrap and I cannot express enough what a pleasure it was to chat with Dirk and his wife.
