I called this one, fashionistas! I have been waiting for the news to drop and it finally did. How could there not be a new Disney Dooney and Bourke for Mickey’s 90th? Well, there will be a new Dooney and Bourke as well as a Mickey Mouse dress released at The Dress Shop on November 18th!
Mickey Mouse will be celebrated on the new Mickey Mouse black and white Dooney and Bourke. This pattern features Mickey Mouse in his sketch phase and therefore the black and white color is suiting. However, I do wish there was a pop of color somewhere. If you have been on a Disney Cruise, you may recall this style being featured at Animator’s Palette with faded pops of color added throughout the dinner. I wish there were faded pops of color in this print.
There are 2 silhouettes shown on the Disney Springs IG page but you never know if more silhouettes will appear. Stay tuned for more info on that. I do love the hangtag, though. It’s perfect!
There will also be a new dress released at The Dress Shop on November 18th. There isn’t a close up of the print at this point but I would venture to say it is the same as or at least similar to the one on the Dooney and Bourke bags. I actually like the print on the dress with the black trim. This feels classic to me. No word on the cost of the dress yet.
If you are going to be in the Disney Springs area on Sunday, you will be able to grab your very own Mickey Mouse Dooney and Bourke or dress.
