The new Club 33 Haunted Mansion Holiday Collection is celebrating a frightfully fabulous milestone at Disneyland! Artist Miss Mindy has created a special collection honoring 25 years of Haunted Mansion Holiday. The beloved seasonal overlay first materialized in 2001. Since then, The Nightmare Before Christmas has taken over the Haunted Mansion each holiday season. This collection captures that delightfully spooky mashup perfectly. Of course, the Loungefly backpack immediately caught my Fashionista eye!
25 Years of Haunted Mansion Holiday
The Loungefly backpack transforms the Haunted Mansion into a wearable work of art. The mansion itself creates the dimensional front of the bag. Snow covers the rooftop while jack-o’-lanterns, candles, garland, and skull decorations add plenty of spooky holiday spirit. Look closely at the wreath on the front. The red bow features 2001 on one side and 2026 on the other. That little detail commemorates the attraction’s 25th anniversary in such a clever way.
There is even a “Days to XMAS” sign hanging below the wreath. I love how many attraction-inspired details are packed into one design!
Zero Steals the Show
Now, can we please talk about the zipper pull? Zero serves as the zipper pull! Jack Skellington’s ghostly pup is the perfect finishing touch. I would probably play with that zipper all day. The teal background also makes the mansion design pop. Bright orange pumpkins and eerie purple windows bring in those signature Halloween Town colors.
Miss Mindy’s distinctive artistic style continues throughout the collection. Even the Club 33 logo gets a spooky makeover. The familiar 33 is surrounded by eerie details and a tiny skull.
