It’s been away for a couple of years but the gingerbread display at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is finally back! They also spiced things up a bit this year by giving it a 50th-anniversary theme! After you admire the display, there are a variety of treats available for purchase. There are also some fun gingerbread and holiday themed pins and ornaments if you want something that will last a bit longer. You’re sure to fall in love with all the Contemporary Resort treats and trinkets!
Contemporary Resort Treats
I love gingerbread so the first treat that I’m going to need to try is the traditional gingerbread cookie. It’s truly a cookie worth celebrating with its ”ear”idescent shimmer and 50th gold medallion.
Next up is the cutest cookie that was inspired by the five legged goat in the Mary Blair Grand Canyon Concourse mural. Grab yourself what’s sure to be a G.O.A.T (greatest of all time) cookie and see if you can spot the five legged goat!
Then there is the linzer cookie with the adorable Mickey cutout!
I don’t think I’ll be able to choose just one cookie because the chocolate peppermint cookie looks delicious as well!
If cookies aren’t your thing, there is a yummy looking peppermint chocolate bar too!
Or, you can warm up with a hot cocoa bomb!
Trinkets
For the trinkets, we’ll start with the Cinderella themed gingerbread house ornament. The fairy godmother, Gus Gus, and Jacques look ready to make all your Christmas dreams come true!
There are also a couple of pins! The fairy godmother one would be a great accompaniment to the ornament while the double sided Fantasia themed one would be a great way to celebrate the return of Fantasmic!
