I had been waiting all week long for the Danielle Nicole event at Ever After Jewelry Co. in Disney Springs! These bags are just so unique and sparkly, and I have admired them for quite a while. After all, glitter is my favorite color! I was quite excited to meet the founder and creative director of Danielle Nicole, Danielle DiFerdinando. She was lovely and had a personality every bit as sparkly as her bags! It was obvious that she enjoyed meeting the guests, and she seemed genuinely delighted every time someone entered the store carrying one of her designs.
The new bags at the event all featured The Princess and the Frog. Tiana’s dress is my favorite princess dress, so I was immediately drawn to it. I may have even gasped just a tad. It’s tiny but beautiful and retails for $58. The blue Tiana is beautiful as well, and it has a special touch of magic: Tiana’s arm moves, bringing the frog in and out for kisses. This one retails for $74 and was also Danielle’s bag of choice for the day. Dr. Facilier is always a popular villain. Here, he is featured on a coffin shaped bag along with his “friends on the other side.” The spirits are holographic and strike the balance between gorgeous and creepy just perfectly.
Both days of the event included a special incentive for purchase. On Saturday, free monogramming was offered with the purchase of any bag. At Sunday’s event, special adhesive patches were included with each purchase. The patches were perfection and almost as popular as the bags themselves!
The event also included a new display of bags that will be available at the all-new Disneystyle store that will open in May. I was quite excited to get a peek at the Cinderella’s carriage bag. The new Mrs. Potts and Chip bag has a lovely, opal color and the tiny Chip purse captures the sweetness of Chip perfectly.
