It’s been a couple of days now since Stitch Day, but I am still celebrating all the new merchandise and experiences! It turns out, Disney celebrated 626 Day, the fan-fueled holiday honoring everyone’s favorite blue alien, in the most fun way, and I am jealous!
To mark the occasion, Disney Consumer Products hosted Stitch’s 626 Day Beach Bash — a vibrant consumer event at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, highlighting new Stitch and Angel-inspired products that are launching all summer long, along with beach-themed photo moments, treats, and immersive fan experiences.
Dara Reneé, the Descendants star behind Angel’s song, “Glitter Glide,” even made a special appearance. I know my niece would have freaked out (she loves the Descendants series)!
No matter how you spent 626 Day, I’m sure it was a blast! Remember, just because the day has passed doesn’t mean you can’t keep the celebration going! Stitch would want you to!
