There is a new fad out there and it involves coloring for adults. I thought some of you may be into it and I wanted to give you some options to color and still show your Disney Side! Today’s Disney discovery is Disney art therapy adult coloring books!
I love to color. I tend to color with my patients but, since adult coloring books are all the rage, I can grab myself one of these and not have to find an excuse! Look at how intricate the coloring pages are! They really are meant for adults and not kids.
I think I actually prefer the Princess coloring book. Look at the Little Mermaid page! I would rock at coloring that. I promise I can stay between the lines. I find that coloring really is relaxing. There is a reason these books are so popular!
