Disney Discovery- Two-Tone Minnie Y-Necklace

Mix and matching has been my go-to since my tacky Jackie days of grade school. I’m talking florals and fish print. Why choose one when you can have both together?

What has become trendy in jewelry styles and is not at all tacky is the mixing of metals. Though I am a gold girl (rose gold, yellow gold, white gold, coppery gold – I don’t discriminate!), it has become en vogue to create a bouquet of gold, silver, and gun metal.

The pairing of mixed metals seems to bring out the essence of the other metal.

Today’s Disney Discovery is the two-tone Minnie Y-necklace.

This necklace features a silver-plated chain, with a gold heart anchoring the dangling pave crystal gold bow-decked Minnie.

Y-necklaces look best on low cut blouses. Think chiffon button-ups. V-necks sometimes will not feature a deep enough cut for y-style necklaces to sit flush with your skin. Of course, you can always tuck it to your chest, under your shirt/dress out of view, but then the magic of the visible Minnie is lost.

If you love the two-tone Minnie Y-necklace as much as we do, shop for it HERE for $17. Happy shopping, fashionistas!
