Disney Parks Artist Series Park Tees

Four new Disney tees were released at World of Disney on Saturday! This might not sound like especially exciting news at first; Disney releases tees every day. But these are extra special! Each one was designed by a local Walt Disney World artist and represents a different park icon!

Dave Keefer designed the shirt representing the Magic Kingdom. It is colorful and eye-catching and certainly unique! It’s fun to see Mickey Mouse and the castle portrayed in such a modern way!

Mike Posluszny designed the Hollywood Studios shirt. It also features Mickey Mouse but this time, with buildings from Hollywood Boulevard and film strips. The gold touches add some Hollywood glamour!

Both Mr. Keefer and Mr. Posluszny also appeared at Disney Springs Saturday morning during a special pop-up event for annual passholders. They signed their designs and held a meet and greet inside World of Disney.

The Epcot inspired shirt brings a smile to my face every time I see it! It pays homage to both Mickey Mouse and Epcot’s most iconic attraction Spaceship Earth. Mickey is dressed as an astronaut exploring the geodesic sphere. (That term makes me feel so smart.) Casey Jones designed this one.

The Animal Kingdom tee draws inspiration from the Tree of Life. Mickey once again takes center stage, but this time, he resembles a tree trunk. His ears form mini Trees of Life complete with animal silhouettes. Darren Wilson is the artist behind this clever design!
