Oogie Boogie Bash 2025 Tickets and Details
The highly sought after Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party returns to Disney California Adventure Park on select nights from Aug. 17 through Oct. 31. A separately ticketed event, admission to the after-hours party also includes entry to DCA three hours before the party begins and unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads from the party. Tickets for Oogie Boogie Bash go on sale to the general public on June 26, 2025, no earlier than 9 a.m. PT. Magic Key holders receive early access no earlier than 9 a.m. PT on Disneyland.com beginning on the below dates:

Halloween Merch
Halloween season officially kicks off Aug. 22 through Oct. 31, 2025 at Disneyland Resort. Enjoy a sneak preview of Mickey Mouse Family Halloween Collection above. I spy a Spirit Jersey, Lug Skeeter bag, Glow in the Dark wand, Ears, Baseball jersey and plush. Disney warns more merch is brewing to be revealed later! Find these treats located at World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District, Elias & Co. at Disney California Adventure park, and Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A., in Disneyland.
Disneyland Resort Decorations
Mickey and Minnie’s wardrobes receive a costume change for the season. Incorporating a nod to the 70th celebration, these costumes feature swirls of purple, green, and orange among celestial shapes. Be on the lookout for a plethora of pumpkins to appear as well as ambient orange lighting, bunting, and leaves throughout the park for an autumn update. Tradition returns to the eerie estate with a Nightmare Before Christmas overlay once again taking over the Haunted Mansion. Radiator Springs also receives a “wheelie boo-tiful transformation called Radiator Screams.” Enjoy a honkin’ ghoul-d time with the overlay at Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween. When the sun goes down, beware of the Monsters After Dark at Avengers Campus!
Seasonal Events
A seasonal nighttime spectacular arrives at the castle, available for Halloween only! Catch “Halloween Screams,” filled with haunting projections and special effects of Disney Villains like Hades and Ursula. The theme of this show is along the lines of the new musical at Hollywood Studios, are they truly evil — or just misunderstood?
Halloween Fun for the Young (and Young at Heart)
Make sure to trek over to the Disney Theatre for a costume party! Mickey Mouse and his pals dress up to celebrate Halloween in “Mickey’s Trick and Treat”! This interactive show will seasonally replace “Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!” and even ends with taking home a special treat!
Embark on a pumpkin hunt with Pluto from Aug 29-Oct. 31. Purchase an activity map for Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit! aid your search for Disney-themed pumpkins hidden in Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park or Downtown Disney District. Search, complete the map and exchange it for a wicked prize.
Halloween Food and Drink
Speaking of special treats, as with every occasion and festival, bring on the specialty food items! This year will see the return of Oogie Boogie lemonade and introduction of jalapeño-cream cheese bread. Additional new limited-time snacks will surface along with returning fan-favorite flavors, so keep your eyes peeled!
The autumn spirit spills over from the parks to the hotels as well! Discover characters their fall attire when you meet them at Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates Halloween and at Mickey’s Autumn Adventures at Storytellers Cafe. Hotel guests have the option to attend special events such as treat trails on select afternoons and the option to purchase a Halloween-themed in-room celebration. Ready to get your villain on? Broken Spell Lounge at the Disneyland Hotel introduces a cocktail menu themed to stars of spooky season! Other festivities include pumpkin carvers creating masterpieces out of gourds, confectionery display in the lobby and Halloween-inspired treatments at Tenaya Stone Spa at the Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa!
Plaza de Familia 2025
It’s like foreshadowing for what’s to come! Embrace the warm feelings of tradition and remembrance with the return of Plaza de la Familia at Paradise Gardens Park at Disney California Adventure. Running through November 2, enjoy live entertainment from the “Storytellers of Plaza de la Familia Celebrate the Musical World of Coco!,” Mexican cuisine, crafts and a special photo opportunity with a hand-animated dimensional figure of Miguel. Visit the Mexican Árbol de la Vida (Tree of Life) and add a note of remembrance to the memory wall. There’s even a promise in early September of a new Disney Pixar Coco Collection!
