Holiday Dining Just Got More Delicious with Offerings from Four Flamingos, Swan and Dolphin

As you compile your holiday dining plans, keep in mind the following specials from Orlando-area restaurants. Leave the cooking and the clean-up to someone else this season as you feast in style.

Christmas Eve Specials

Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen, 5-10pm

New Year’s Eve Specials

Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen, 5-11pm

Four Flamingos will present an exclusive New Year’s Eve prix fixe menu on Saturday, Dec. 31 in place of its traditional menu, for $175 per person with various upgrades and vegan options available. Highlights include:

  • Cachapa & Caviar: Italian Osetra, Corn Creime, Cachapa Blini
  • Stone Crab: 3 Jumbo Claws, Curried Honey Mustard
  • Snapper Ceviche with Leche de Tigre, Sweet Potato, Tostone
  • Acorn Squash Salad with Goat Cheese Vinaigrette, Port Cranberries
  • Pecan Crab Cakes: Herbed Breadcrumb, Fennel Slaw, Datil Mayo Pork Belly Kumquat & Sour Orange
  • Intermezzo: Champagne and Hibiscus Liquid Nitrogen Sorbet
  • Lion’s Mane Mushroom “Filet” with Steak Sauce, Chimi, Plantain Escabeche
  • A4 Picanha Steak with Tamarind BBQ, Jalapeño Chimi, Pork Belly Mofongo

  • Arancini di carne: Italian rice balls stuffed with house made Bolognese over spicy marinara sauce
  • Insalata caprese: buffalo mozzarella with beef steak tomatoes, and roasted peppers
  • Scallop risotto: Arborio rice, bay scallops, lemon, artichoke
  • Dentice en cartoccio: Snapper, broccoli rabe, red peppers, Spaghetti, roasted garlic, lemon, red wine herb butter
  • Vitello loin: Truffle risotto, clamshell mushrooms, madeira reduction, sautéed spinach, pearl onions, sage and garlic gremolata
