I am super excited for the New Year and all the exciting things that it brings with it. The count down is on! To commemorate the upcoming year, Disney Parks have released the newest dated inventory… 2015 merchandise! I love this new look and feel we have going this year. The characters are behaving and looking just like we do when we go to the Parks! Let’s take a closer look so you can see what I mean.
This line was created by a team of designers lead by Thomas Scott and the idea behind this line is that the characters are showing their Disney Side! Genius, right? I love that they tied in the whole Disney Side concept since it is all over the marketing of taking a Disney trip. Take a look at the picture above. Can you see Mickey taking a selfie?? I mean, who of us hasn’t done that while at Disney??? That’s awesome.
I would also take a closer look at what the characters are wearing. Mickey is wearing his normal clothes but is wearing a Sorcerer hat… He’s not Sorcerer Mickey but Mickey Mouse on vacation wearing a hat he can purchase at Disney Parks! Clever, right? Goofy isn’t wearing his usual garb in the top photo. He’s wearing a Buzz Lightyear tee shirt! This trend continues throughout the collection of 2015 merchandise.
There is a wide assortment of items available including but not limited to plush characters, tee shirts, sweat shirts, scrapbook supplies, pins, magnets and hats. You name it and they probably made it. If you are looking for any of these items, they can be found at numerous stores at Walt Disney World and Disneyland as well as the Disney Store online.
