It is finally here and it is spectacular. The few pieces we were shown originally don’t do the collection justice, in my opinion! I absolutely love it. I like it even better than her Cinderella Collection but that could be because Minnie Mouse is my style icon. The best part of the release of the Minnie Mouse Collection, that happened May 10th, is that it is already on sale! How sick is that??? I’ve pulled together some of my favorite looks to share with you so let’s take a look.
This Minnie Mouse dress is perfect for me. It has a lower neckline, which I love and thicker straps up top, which I also love. Navy, red and white together work for me on so many levels and the combination of the colors in this dress with the Minnie Mouse silhouettes… perfection. It is online for $51.00 on sale!
I am showing you two pieces at once because I am in love with this outfit. I was able to get this one online. It comes in the above red and white but it also comes in navy and white. I love the collar on this blouse and the shorts go with it so seamlessly, it was a no brainer that I had to buy the outfit. It is the ultimate Disney Bounding out fit! The shorts are currently $36 and the top is $33.
This Minnie Mouse Print Crinkled Top has Minnie Mouse Bows all over it! I like that LC stayed true to Minnie Mouse and her fashion sense. Now this style actually comes in 2 different prints. The one seen above and then another which is cream colored with Minnie Mouse heads on it. It is also cute but I love her bows more. This blouse is $33 on sale.
I like the embossed Minnie Mouse icons in the print of this Minnie Skirt but I am unclear as to what the fabric actually is. This wasn’t available online at first but it is now!!! It is only $37.50 online at the moment.
This Bow Graphic Tee is exactly that… a tee with Minnie’s bow boldly displayed. It’s the small things about this top that I like. The shoulder detail is different from a typical tee and it sits lower on the top of the arm so it’s a tank technically but not really. I like that the bottom is loose and not fitted, as well. This one is available online and is on sale for $30.
This is the last piece from the Collection I am going to share and I think we are ending on a very high note. This is one of the dresses we knew was coming because Lauren Conrad herself wore it in the preview pictures. This Open Back Print Dress comes in 2 patterns but I like the red the best. The back is fun and flirty for summer and is reminiscent of Minnie Mouse’s bow! It is available online for $51, at the moment.
You will find a lot of the 20 piece collection to include the same items in different colors but I think that works for this Minnie Mouse themed collection. It’s nice to have options of prints and colors when you love the style but not the one color it comes in. This caters to that concept.
I know that many Minnie Mouse fans will not be disappointed with this collection. Will you be running to Kohls to check out the selection? Which piece are you hoping to find? There are many more pieces in this collection so make sure to check them out online at Kohls!
Thanks to Disney Style Blog and Kohls for the pictures!
