With the 40th anniversary of the Star Wars franchise and the upcoming release of The Last Jedi, it’s no wonder that Star Wars merchandise is hot right now. I was recently at Legends of Hollywood in Hollywood Studios, checking out the most recent Her Universe pieces. While I was there, I noticed that Disney Parks has also updated their Star Wars merchandise, and it is awesome!
Cold shoulder tops were on point last season, and it looks like that trend is carrying over into the fall. The black top pictured has a starburst of color behind the Star Wars logo, and the cold shoulder makes this tank look anything but basic. The gray shirt has our favorite characters in a chibi style, which I find adorable. I also like the three quarter length sleeve on this one. Both retail for $39.99.
While I am firmly a member of the Rebel Alliance, many Fashionistas seem to prefer the Dark Side, and even my light-side loving heart must admit that Darth Vader is pretty cool. Most of the new merchandise pays homage to him. The white shirt is loose and flowy and would look great with leggings or skinny jeans. The bottom one has a more fitted silhouette, but the colors are breathtaking and shimmery. This shirt is gorgeous in person! Both shirts come in sizes XS-XXL and cost $39.99.
I wear dresses on most of my park visits because they embody the three C’s of Disney Parks fashion: cute, comfortable, and cool. The tank dress is very colorful and summery. In fact, I would probably wear it as a swimsuit cover-up. The dress pictured on the bottom is a little more my style. The cut is universally flattering, and the varying shades of black and gray are perfect for fall. It also boldly features the Rebel Alliance insignia, which is sure to get you some attention if you run into any Storm Troopers patrolling the Launch Bay courtyard. Both of the above dresses are $49.99.
Star Wars droids always make me heart-eyed, so of course, I love these shirts! BB-8 has more of a fall feel, thanks to the three-quarter sleeve and darker colors. The R2D2 shirt is adorable and could double as a simple costume for Halloween. The BB-8 shirt is $29.99 and the R2D2 one is $39.99.
It’s no surprise that my favorite parts of any collection are the bags! These have a pop-art vibe that is really adorable! The tote is $70 and the wristlet is $19.99.
