A dream is a wish your heart makes when you’re fast asleep. I am pretty sure our hearts have been wishing for this new Cinderella Loungefly Collection because it is a dream come true! This collection isn’t just any Cinderella assortment, it celebrates the 70th anniversary!
This stunning collection is inspired by Cindy’s animal friends creating magic for her. Each piece features the mice and birds sewing each beautiful detail into place. That also means the collection has a lot of pink, just like the original dress Cindy was going to wear to the ball!
Midnight never strikes when you’re in love!
We’re always seeing Loungefly backpacks, so I love it when there is a fun crossbody or handbag too. The Cinderella 70th anniversary handbag is quite breathtaking. This is a quilted style bag, with delicate pearls affixed to each quilted corner, and a pearl handle. A birdy friend is actually an embroidered applique, and “looks” to be sewing the bag together. A darling pink bow tops off the front, and some of the hardware is actually shaped like spools!
Of course, there is a backpack too! Mary, Suzy, and Perla are printed on this bag hard at work, making all of the details perfect. The backpack looks a lot like Cinderella’s original ball gown, complete with beautiful three-dimensional bows. One of my favorite details, however, is the measuring tape handle on the top of the bag!
Lastly, we have the adorable wallet that coordinates gorgeously with both bags! The pink bows, mice, and birds are all part of the wallet, that can go with either bag.
All three of the bags also have a 70th Anniversary lining. The lining features a print of Cinderella with a carriage outline and a “70” woven into the design.
