What’s the big idea – did a new Donald Duck x Gucci collection just release!? Gucci’s Resort 2021 Epilogue Collection includes 25 Donald Duck items including handbags, backpacks, shoes, small accessories, jewelry, and luggage. Now, I know I am a self-confessed shopping enabler, but I do think of purchases in terms of “cost per wear.” Gucci’s Italian-made designs are so well made and gorgeous that they will last a lifetime. I definitely think that they are worth the investment!

Most of the Disney x Gucci items have the beige and noir GG Supreme canvas with brown leather trim. Donald Duck and his nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie playfully animate the collection. In the background, there are cosmic swirls, stars, and rocket ships that add to the whimsical style.

The Disney x Gucci Tote Bag is a great everyday piece that really shows the whimsical design! Since it is larger you don’t have to worry about pattern placement, which is always a good thing. I like that the tote bag has top handles as well as a shoulder strap so you can wear it multiple ways. It retails for $1,980.
Cosmetic pouches are one of my most-used accessories and I always have one in my bag to help with organization! The Disney x Gucci Cosmetic Case is both adorable and super functional. The only unfortunate news is that it is one of the few pieces that are still in production and won’t ship until 12/31/2020. It retails for $770.
This collection has a variety of sneaker styles, but my personal favorite is the Disney x Gucci Ace sneaker. It combines the GG Supreme canvas with Donald Duck and the signature Gucci red and green stripe for a fun take on a classic. It retails for $690.
