I love the Little Mermaid and I have not been quiet about this fact. When Torrid released this new Little Mermaid apparel, I knew I had to share it with all the other Little Mermaid lovers out there. There are many different designs available so there’s bound to be something for everyone. Let’s take a look at some of the new Little Mermaid items available.
I love the color of this dress. This dress is called the polka dot swing dress and looks straight out of another era. I love the crinoline detail and the fact that Ariel’s silhouette is on the bottom , ever so subtly. I also enjoy the halter style because it is really flattering for the bust line. This dress is super fun for summer.
This dress is a little simpler, without the crinoline. The neckline is a sweet, sailor type neckline with the little tie. The print is that of Ariel swimming around but the black print on the teal background makes it less busy than if they had chosen full on color. I think this one is my fave of the 2.
I like the black cardigan by itself but I’m not positive about it with this dress. No matter, it’s a great piece for any Ariel lover. The graphic actually reminds me of the scene in the live Little Mermaid show where Ariel’s silhouette is lit up in lights.
A simple raglan style top, this black gray and white top is perfect for cooler days. It says, “Look beyond the surface where hope and dreams can last for all time.” True enough and well said.
This Little Mermaid chiffon blouse is so lovely! I love the pattern Ariel makes on this black and white top and the longer length capped sleeve, with the black patch on the shoulder ,really looks flattering. I think you cold totally dress this up or down and would work with a variety of looks.
