I am the daughter of a farmer, so people always think that I will automatically have a green thumb. Unfortunately for the majority of plants that I have tried to grow, I have found that I have more of a black thumb. Killing any plant that I have as it enters my apartment. Because of that, I was slow to hop on the succulent bandwagon that we have been seeing in recent months.
That was until I saw the Baby Yoda Chia Pet. Since then, I have been starting to get more and more excited about all of the fun succulent planters that they have been releasing just in time for Halloween.
One planter that is available at Box Lunch is the Disney Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Poisoned Apple Faux Succulent Light-Up Planter. In addition to the eerie neon green color of the planter, it also lights up in four different colors, which makes this planter extra creepy! I’m thinking about picking one up for my mother who sits out on our porch every year dressed up witch when she hands out candy to children on Halloween. This planter is only $16.90 and comes with its own batteries!!
If you are looking for something on the cute side to hold your succulents in this Halloween, this Pumpkin Mickey Mouse Succulent Planter might just do the trick! I love everything about this planter, from the one tooth in Mickey’s mouth to the way that the succulent looks like the stem of the Mickey Pumpkin. It’s no surprise that the Pumpkin Mickey Mouse Succulent Planter is already sold out online! No need to be alarmed though, you can still pick one up in stores.
P.S.: Both of the planters that I described in this article come with their own faux succulent, so you never have to worry about killing it!
What do you think about the succulent trend? Have you purchased any succulent planners yet?
