Designer Olympia Le-Tan is known in the Disney-verse for her line of Disney inspired clutches. Now, Le-Tan is back with a new collection from a galaxy far, far way.
Yep, you guessed it! Le-Tan is launching a new line of clutches based on Star Wars. The collection will featured a total of 12 designs based off of vintage Star Wars comic book. Mixing vintage elements with a totally unique fashion perspective, Le-Tan creates a line perfect for the Star Wars nerd in all of us.
Here are a few of my favorite from the collection. To view all 12 designs, head over to the Disney Blog.
The Return of the Jedi Book Clutch is bold with a bright purple cover that really pops! Of course, Return of the Jedi is a classic from the film canon, and this clutch would be the perfect addition to any fans wardrobe.
The Wounded Rebel Book Clutch is definitely attention grabbing with Storm Troopers bearing down on the Rebel Spy. The text bubble reads “There’s the wounded Rebel Spy! Vaporize him and the Droids!”.
My personal favorite character is Chewbacca, so this Deadly Reunion Book Clutch is one of my favorites. The cover features Luke Skywalker, R2D2, C3PO, and of course, Chewy.
In my opinion, this design is the most iconic of the collection because it features all the main characters posed together for the Last Issue. If you are thinking of buying one of these as a gift, I really don’t think you can go wrong with the Last Issue Book Clutch. I mean, what’s not to like here?
All 12 collections from Olympia Le-Tan’s Star War’s collection are available for pre-order on her site. The collection is pricey at about 2,100 Euro a piece – or about $2,300. Orders will be delivered on every Star Wars fans favorite day of the year – May 4th.
May the Force Be With You!
What do you think of Le-Tan’s Star Wars collection? Too pricey, or totally worth it? Let me know in the comments.
