OOo-de-lally, golly, what a Dooney – a new Robin Hood Dooney and Bourke collection, that is! As someone who has been low key obsessed with Robin Hood since childhood, I am thrilled!
As the newest addition to the Artist Series, the Robin Hood design will be available in Walt Disney World starting on Monday, March 8. Fabiola Garza designed this collection, which features the infamous outlaw. You can also spot Maid Marian, Sir Hiss, King John, Little John (dressed as Sir Reginald, Duke of Chutney), and Alan-A-Dale amongst a variety of spring flowers and arrows. I love that Skippy, Sis, and Tagalong Bunny are also included – they have always been favorites of mine! Each bag has a hang tag with Fabiola Garza’s signature.
The mint green background and cognac accents reminded the Disney Fashionista writers a lot of the Bambi and Friends Artist Series design. If you missed out on adding the previous design to your collection, now is your chance for a bag with similar colors!
Three silhouettes are on preview at Uptown Jewelers in Magic Kingdom. We will keep you posted if any other styles are released on March 8! We’ll also keep our readers up to date for the ShopDisney release.
Artist Series Robin Hood Tote Bag
The first style is a tote bag – which always makes pattern placement the easiest! This tote bag is a zip top and also has a front pocket large enough for a phone. It retails for $268.
Artist Series Robin Hood Crossbodies
Two crossbodies are available as well. The larger crossbody retails for $198 and has a fold over top with a snap closure.
The smaller crossbody is a silhouette that is not available in Dooney collections very often – the mini barrel bag! This is such a cute style and retails for $128. Since pattern placement will be key on this one, if you can’t make it in person to purchase, you can message our preferred personal shopper @shopthemeparks on IG or FB and she can help you out!
If you want to meet the artist herself, Fabiola Garza Villalobos will be at Ever After Jewelry Co. & Accessories in Disney Springs on March 8. From 10am to 12pm, she will be meeting guests and signing purchases.
