Like many Disney Fashionistas, I am a total makeup lover, and the one makeup item I can’t live without is definetly lipstick! However I’ve always found I’ve had to retouch multiple times when doing a full day at the Disney Parks.
I’ve used everything from Kylie, to MAC, to Colour Pop and more, but after a few Mickey shaped treats and a full day of rides, it never holds up. I had seen many Facebook online parties for LipSense, but I won’t lie I was super skeptical anything could be better than my beloved liquid matte lipsticks. My friend Shannon decided to prove to me that this was what I was looking for, for an all day lipstick at the parks, and gifted me a starter kit to try out on my Disney Vacation.
I have to admit I was more than impressed! I decided to swipe it on first thing in the morning on our first day going to Magic Kingdom. The picture above was before we even left to drive over to Disney that morning!
At the end of the night, I still had a beautiful red lip, and I even had to run through the Casey Junior splash zone chasing my 5 year old! We had Mickey’s Ice Cream Bars (YUM!), Casey’s for dinner, and lots of popcorn. The only thing I had to do was swipe on a new coat of gloss after eating. The lipstick even out lasted my ears! I have to say I’m hooked, and totally understand all the hype now! I even tried wiping it off, and it never budged!
