RunDisney events have really taken on a life of their own. The Disneyland Paris Half Marathon Weekend was just a week or so ago and I couldn’t believe how many people I knew were there posting pictures! It was unreal! I am only complaining because I’m uber jealous, of course. In just a couple of months, the next RunDisney event on the west coast is taking place… and I am jealous again. The RunDisney Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend is quickly approaching and the Dooney and Bourke bags for the event have been revealed! They are fab!
The pattern for the 2016 Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend Dooney and Bourke bags is surprisingly one of my favorite patterns I have seen. I am not even a real fan of Super Heroes in general but this pattern speaks to me! I wish I was running a race on this event weekend because I am dying for one of these bags.
The styles that are available are as seen above. I think my need for this print could be appeased with the wristlet but I guess I will never know. The black and red trim really pops against the white background with all the super heroes in their super hero stances.
Now, if you know anything about the RunDisney Dooney and Bourke bags, you know that the only way to get your hands on these (most of the time) is by participating in an event and attending the expo. If you are registered, you can even purchase a bag in advance. The low lifes, I am talking about me here, are really not able to get one of these bags very easily. Sometimes, if the bags don’t sell well, they appear at Disneyland (this happened to me 2 years ago) or even at the outlets! I predict this print will not be one of those.
