Loungefly is making a dream come true for many Disney Fashionistas with the upcoming release of the Stitch Shoppe Princess collection! We were so excited about the teaser artwork, and now we know what pieces will be included in this Stitch Shoppe release. This newest collection by Loungefly features two of our favorite princesses – Tiana and Cinderella!
Princess and the Frog
The pieces inspired by Disney’s Princess and the Frog are the embodiment of spring. The pale turquoise top is off the shoulder – a very dapper style indeed! A lily and the phrase, “Almost There” are placed daintily in the front corner of the top (and I love the reference to my favorite song in the film!). The coordinating skirt is a yellow and turquoise ombré, which makes it especially eye-catching! Princess Tiana in her signature lily pad ballgown is front and center, about to give Prince Naveen (as a frog!) a kiss. Lilies delicately surround the pair, as do bottles hanging in the trees (harkening back to Mama Odie’s home!). You can even spot Ray the firefly if you look closely.
Cinderella
The Cinderella inspired pieces have the same silhouettes, and I have to say that they are also absolutely darling! The white off the shoulder top features two of Cinderella’s bluebird friends holding a ribbon that spells out, “A dream is a wish your heart makes.” Too precious, right? The skirt is a stunning hot pink with Cinderella’s mice pals and bluebirds working hard to make her pink dress. Spools of thread, buttons, and measuring tape surround them – and, since Loungefly always thinks of the little details, the waistband even looks like measuring tape.
