In case you have not been aware, this year is the 30th Anniversary of the Disney Store! I am originally from a small town in Ontario, Canada but I remember vividly, heading into Toronto and being able to go to the Disney Store! It was something I always looked forward to. I still have items, that I bought back in the very early years of the Disney Store, that are in mint condition and deeply cherished. I am thrilled to be able to share a sneak peak of the Disney Store Limited Edition 30th Anniversary products with you!
This Disney Store 30th Anniversary snow globe is one of my favorite pieces. I still have many of the snow globes that the Disney Store used to have frequently. I became quite the collector. I believe this snow globe will be added to that collection. Look at the stunning details!! I love Tinker Bell spreading pixie dust along the base of the globe. I find the choice of characters on this snow globe to be refreshing. There is such a fabulous mix of classic and new! The colors are so bright and vibrant! The 3D artwork goes all the way around this piece and it makes this a true collector’s item! It will retail for $149.95.
I will admit that I have not gotten into collecting the Vinylmation characters but, for those of you that do, these are a must have set! Even the bottom of Mickey and Minnie are stamped with the fact that these are for the 30th Anniversary of the Disney Store. The colors and details are very reminiscent of the Disneyland Diamond Anniversary merchandise. I loved that merchandise and I love these! These will retail for $29.95.
One thing that I have been doing since I was young, and am now passing on to my stepdaughters and nieces, is collect Disney holiday ornaments. I have almost 2 trees worth. Who needs that many? Me! I have boxed sets that used to be carried at the Disney Store and at The Days of Christmas at Disney Springs. This box set of 8 encompasses some of my favorite characters! Obviously Mickey Mouse is present, the original Disney Princess Snow White, Chip and Dale and the Cheshire Cat… to name a few. The detail is stunning and I can’t imagine not grabbing this box set up, the second it goes on sale. The retail price for this 30th Anniversary Disney Ornament Set will be $59.95.
I guess I am going to start working on a third tree at my house because I am going to need this 30th Anniversary Pixar Ornament Set, as well. I cannot say enough about the piece from UP and Joy is perfection! These are ornaments from some of our most beloved Pixar films and they will be a great addition to any Disney addict’s tree! This set will retail for $59.95.
