Epcot’s Festival of the Holidays returns November 29th, and this year there are even more tasty offerings! You can savor the flavors of the season with festive bites, jolly desserts and merry merry at this year’s festive winter celebration.
Today we were treated to a special preview of some of the delicious offerings we can find at the festival. The festival’s holiday kitchens will take you on an epicurean adventure featuring culinary traditions from countries around the world!
Two different options were showcased from the L’Chaim! Holiday Kitchen. As someone who celebrates Christmas AND Hanukkah I was delighted by this menu. Two different latkes were featured, a salmon topped one, and also a traditional sour cream one.
From Bavaria Holiday Kitchen we got to check out the Cheese Fondue in a Bread Bowl, and also the Pork Schnitzel with Mushroom Sauce.
An assortment of holiday drinks that can be found at the kitchens were also on display!
Lastly we checked out the Cookie Stroll offerings. The Cookie Stroll is a fun tasting “flight” you can do around the world showcase. Many of the holiday kitchens have a special cookie you can purchase and check on a passport. When you fill your passport with all 5 cookies, you can bring it to get the special complimentary completer cookie! The complimentary offering is a Santa Mickey Sugar Cookie!
Don’t forget you can purchase a commemorative jar to put your special cookies in too!
