2021 Taste of EPCOT International Festival Of The Arts Foodie Guide

I am so excited to look through this fabulous 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Festival Of The Arts Foodie Guide!  Every scrumptious dish makes my mouth water a little bit more!  Please excuse me while I wipe the drool off my keyboard!  The Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts begins January 8th and runs through February 22nd.  This festival will always hold a special place in my heart because it is where I met Disney Fashionista’s fearless leader, Michelle!  With so many Food Studios showcasing their tasty culinary art, you will have a hard time choosing a favorite!  You can also take part in the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine to collect your stamps and receive a complimentary Artist Palette Cookie!  There are too many fabulous options to list them all, but I have to point out some of my favorites!

Refreshment Port

Although Canadians might say this isn’t poutine, this Lobster Poutine looks scrumptious anyway!  These fries are topped with lobster, lobster bisque cheese sauce, pickled jalapeños, and citrus cream.  YUM!

Citrus Blossom

You will have the chance again this year to get your hands on an adorable Orange Bird Sipper filled with a scrumptious Orange Cream Shake!

The Deconstructed Dish

This fabulous studio will serve up some classic favorites in a new form!  You can grab a Deconstructed Reuben, a Deconstructed BLT, and a Deconstructed Strawberry Cheesecake!  Beverages here include Rainboba and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions of the Deconstructed Breakfast!

Decadent Delights

Here you can grab some Raspberry Soft-Serve, Lemon Soft-Serve, or an iconic and beautiful Artist Palette Cookie!

Pop Eats

At this location, check out the Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese, the Tomato Soup with French Onion and Bacon Grilled Cheese, the Shrimp Ceviche, the iconic Almond Frangipane Cake, and the Pop’t Art!  Wash it down with a Tomato Soup Can Bloody Mary!

Refreshment Outpost

Here you can grab a Plant-Based Bratwurst or a Brown Sugar-Stuffed Pretzel topped with Banana Soft-Serve Ice Cream!  You can even get a slushy in a Souvenir Spike The Bee Sipper Cup!

Cuisine Classique

These classics include Beef Short Rib, Coq au Vin, Opera Cake, and the precious Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie!

The Artist’s Table

Check out the Beef Wellington and the Pan-Seared Scallop that is almost too pretty to eat!  You can also grab a Sipping Chocolate Flight of white, milk, and dark chocolate!

Mosaic Canteen

Here, you can grab Mediterranean Flatbread, Harissa-Roasted Tack of Lamb, and Mouskoutchou, which is a gorgeous orange cake with cinnamon-chocolate mousse!

Vibrante & Vivido Food Studio

These selections are vibrant, that’s for sure!  There is a fabulous Chilled Seafood Cocktail that includes octopus, scallops, and shrimp, a Blue Corn Pupusa, and a gorgeous Passion Fruit Mousse!  You can wash it down with a Coconut and Passion Fruit Smoothie, a Frozen Piña Colada, or a Passion Fruit Daiquiri!

Festival Favorites

As the name suggests, these might be your new festival favorites!  There is Remy’s Ratatouille, a Charcuterie Board, and a Lemon Blood-Orange Tart!  There’s also the Blue Sky Black Cherry Boba Freeze–a super tasty non-alcoholic beverage!

The Painter’s Palate

Here you can pick up Prime Steak Tartare, Salt Roasted Beef Tartare, and Pistachio Cake with Cherry Mouse and Morello Cherries!  There are also interesting adult beverages like Kalimotxo, which is a red wine cocktail with Pibb Xtra, and the Frozen Rusty Nail Cocktail!

Masterpiece Kitchen

These selections are definitely masterpieces!  There is Wild Mushroom Risotto, a Salmon and Cream Gâteau, and Vanilla, Rose Water, and Pistachio Panna Cotta!

L’Art de la Cuisine Française

Over in France, make sure you check out one of my favorites from last year–the Crème de Brie en Petit Pain!  There is also a Croissant à la Truffle Noir d’Hiver (Black Winter Truffle Croissant), Moelleux à la Framboise et aux Chocolats Valrhona (Molten Chocolate and Raspberry Cake with Pure Origin Valrhona Chocolates) and the Trio de Macarons!

El Artista Hambriento

You can try a Chile Relleno, Pork Belly Pastor, or a super scrumptious Taco de Chocolate!

Goshiki

I think my favorite selection this year might be this Stone Garden!  I love how the red bean mousse, chocolate rocks, and arare rice cracker pebbles really look like a rock garden!  You can also grab a Sushi Donut, Vegetable Gyoza, and even Masu Sake in a traditional personalized wooden cup!

The Painted Panda

Here you can pick up Old Shanghai Shi Zi Tou (Pork and Water Chestnut Meatballs served with Taro Root), or Sichuan Red Hot Mala Shrimp along with some “Panda” Bubble Tea!

L’Arte di Mangiare

In Italy, check out the Arancini (Sweet Sausage fried Risotto Balls with Pomodoro Sauce), the L’Aragosta (Lobster Ravioli with Vanilla-Saffron Cream Sauce and Shredded Chili Peppers), and the Bomboloni (Cream-filled Italian Doughnut with Raspberry Sauce and Powdered Sugar)!

Funnel Cake

You can finish your day with a Red Velvet Funnel Cake topped with cream cheese icing and pixie dust!

Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company

If you need a pick-me-up during your culinary adventures, you can grab a different tasty treat at each Joffrey’s location!  At Showcase Plaza you can grab a Caramel Canvas Latte, while at The American Adventure you can grab a Color-Me-Latte.  At Future World East, pick up a Starry Night Latte, and at Canada you can get a Creative Twist Latte!

If you would like to check out all of the other tasty options or see the full 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Festival Of The Arts Foodie Guide, you can do so HERE!
