The D23 Halloween Hullabaloo is a great way to get into the Halloween sprit during this unprecedented Halloween! D23: The Official Disney Fan Club is bringing us tons of new fun coming just in time for the most spook-tacular time of the year!
First up is the D23 Halloween Mousequerade Contest! Ashley Eckstein and Yvette Nicole Brown will judge this first-ever virtual costume contest! The contest category is “All Things Disney,” and therefore can be inspired by pretty much anything in the magical universe! The Grand Prize is a $500 Disney Gift Card, and you can watch the streamed contest at 5 pm ET on October 31st at D23.com, on YouTube, and on D23’s Facebook! Even if you aren’t a costume designer, there’s still a chance for you to win some fun prizes! The D23 Halloween Hullabaloo Sweepstakes allows D23 Members to enter for a chance to win a bundle of prizes! You can enter each week in October, so you have multiple chances to win!
There is even fabulous new merchandise including pins and a new book! The two limited-edition pins designed by artist Kevin Kidney will go on sale on September 28th! They feature the Hatbox Ghost from Haunted Mansion and Tinker Bell dressed in a witch costume! There are only 1,750 pins available in each style, so if you want one, make sure you grab it quickly!
D23 Gold and D23 Gold Family Members can also celebrate the launch of the new Disney Editions book entitled Holiday Magic at the Disney Parks! This book takes a dive into the magical transformation the parks around the world go through at Halloween!
There will even be short videos of people all around Disney sharing their favorite Disney+ movies! In addition to sharing their top choices, they will give behind-the-scenes info to make the movie-watching experience even better!
