I love the humor in this picture as King Stefan and King Hubert clumsily slumber against each other. I love the meaningful touches such as the rose bushes climbing Aurora’s turret. These flowers give a nod to her pseudo name, Briar Rose, a moniker given to her as she was in hiding from the evil Mistress. Again you can see the battle of good versus evil, in the illumination of her resting face while in a deep sleep from the villain’s evil spell.
