One Disney trend that I haven’t really gotten into is pin collecting. I tend to get one each time I go to the park, but that was it, until now. These Pet Pins are sure to make even people who have sworn off pin collecting, instant pin collectors.
Dogs
The collection includes two classic Disney Dogs and two Disney Cats. Lady is up first. As one of the older Disney pets, it seems very fitting that the two costumes that she comes with are also classic looks. She comes with a Sorcerer Mickey outfit, with a matching dancing mop and buckets, and a Minnie Dress, with a flower accessory. She looks happy and excited to play dress-up.
The second Disney Dog is Patch from 101 Dalmatians. Patch comes with two outfits that are a little out of character for him. The first is Hades. He has his classic blue hair and a matching bone staff. Hopefully, Patch won’t chew on it too much! The second outfit is Dopey from Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs. I love that he comes with his own jewel. I can totally see myself wearing this pin while riding the 7 Dwarfs Mine Train.
Cats
There are also two Disney Cats in the collection. The first is one of our personal favorites here at Disney Fashionista, Marie. Marie looks hilarious as she dresses up as the Beast, complete with the cutest set of horns and a magic mirror. She also channels her inner Queen of Darkness by dressing up as Maleficent.
The final pet in the collection is Figaro. Figaro gets to dress up as his friend, Pinocchio, and carry around a toy Jiminy Cricket. The second look is a perfect outfit for Halloween! The Ursula costume’s little tentacles look like they are dancing around on the pin back. There is even a little caldron that Figaro can use to pretend to be mixing up some spells.
We love all of these Pet Pins and are very hopeful that more will be released in the near future. And, if we’re lucky, we’ll see them on the Disney Store Website as well.
