This EPCOT 40th Foodie Guide Is Mouthwateringly Magical

October 1st is EPCOT’s 40th Anniversary, and this EPCOT 40th Foodie Guide is filled with fabulous treats to help celebrate! I want to try everything! Let’s dive in!

First up, at Connections Café you can try an EPCOT 40th Liege Waffle which is features brioche dough with pearl sugar! You can also head over to Choza de Margarita for a fabulous 40th Fiesta (Celebrate the colors for the anniversary of EPCOT with this frozen margarita in a “MEXICO 40” souvenir cup)!

At Funnel Cake, you can grab a Celebration Funnel Cake that is topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, sprinkles, and 40th candies!

At Garden House, pick up a Sake Cocktail Flight (featuring Samurai, Mt. Fuji, Tokyo Sunset, and Violet Sake) and at La Hacienda de San Angel and San Angel Inn you can grab Flan (Vanilla custard topped with blueberries, whipped cream, and a “MEXICO 40” white chocolate garnish) and a Clarified Margarita (Tequila, orange liqueur, lemon, and simple syrup in a “MEXICO 40” souvenir cup with glow cube)!

At Nine Dragons Restaurant, try the Dan Dan Noodles (Spicy pork with Sichuan sauce, peanut butter, sesame, shredded cucumber, and green onion) and at Space 220 Restaurant you can try the Crema Catalana (Vanilla cream custard, lemon snow, citrus segments, and spicy ginger crumble)!

At Sunshine Seasons, you can grab a Figment Sponge Cake with honey-lime mousse, which I think is the absolute cutest!

At Tokyo Dining, try the EPCOT 40th Kaisen Chirashi Don celebration sushi bowl, and at Teppan Edo and Tokyo Dining, check out the EPCOT 40th Saketini that was on the menu when the Japan Pavilion first opened (This version combines sake and butterfly pea flower to create the color reminiscent of the night sky of EPCOT)!
