When most of us think of Disney Springs, we think of Disney merchandise, yummy restaurants, and shopping until our feet just can’t take it anymore! But I recently had the chance to experience a different sort of day at Disney Springs, thanks to Kiehl’s.
On Sunday, May 5, Kiehl’s hosted Cinco de Mayo themed pampering sessions. The weather was absolutely horrid, but the atmosphere inside the store was fun and festive! For the event, Kiehl’s partnered with both Paradiso 37 and Sprinkles Bakery to provide treats. The margaritas and margarita cupcakes were both amazing and really made it feel like a fiesta.
Once I had enjoyed a few refreshments, my skincare specialist Josie gave me a personalized skin care session. After asking me lifestyle questions and testing my skin’s hydration level, she chose several products formulated for my skin type and gave me a mini-facial that left my skin feeling amazing! Between her pampering and the margarita, I left feeling quite relaxed!
I also left with a bag full of samples, which is always a fun perk! I learned a lot about skin care and the correct way to apply products, as well as the history and design of Kiehl’s stores.
Kiehls’s will be offering pampering sessions twice a month. Each one will have a different focus, such as suncare or men’s skincare, and will feature a different Disney Springs restaurant or establishment. There is no charge for these sessions.
Kiehl’s next event will be Mother’s Day weekend. On Saturday, they will host Mother-Child sessions, while Sunday is reserved especially for moms! Call 407-560-0881 to book your complimentary session, and then get ready to be pampered!
