If I am being 100% truthful, there have been several times when I have found a postcard while on vacation and thought that it was too pretty to send it to anyone besides myself. Because of that, I have been known to buy a card or postcard and write myself a letter. It’s always fun to see what, either me or the card, ends up getting home first. Recently, I discovered these Disney Princess Cards from LovePop. They come in a set of 5 for $69.00. They are so pretty that I don’t think that they will even make it to the post office.
Each set includes five different princess cards. The first card is the Belle card. Belle stands at the center of the card smelling a breathtaking enchanted rose. On her skirt, we see the Beast’s castle along with some of her pals from the movie, including Chip and Mrs. Potts. We also see her dancing with her prince.
Next up is the Jasmine card. Her long hair flows gracefully in the wind. On her skirt, we see her castle, the magic carpet, and the Genie popping out of his magic lamp.
There is even a Cinderella card. Here we see her friendly mouse friends. The prince is also kissing her hand, right next to his castle. Finally, her pumpkin carriage makes an appearance as it drives up to the prince’s castle.
Ariel even makes an appearance on one of the cards. It seems like she has gotten her wish because it looks like she has legs in addition to the long dress that she is wearing. On her dress, we see her underwater castle as well as Flounder and Sebastian. There are also several other classic scenes from the movie, like the scene where Ariel is in the boat with Prince Eric, on her dress. I am totally singing “Kiss The Girl” in my head right now.
Finally, they even have one of the newer Disney Princesses in the set. The Tiana card has to be one of my favorites and is very timely, given the changes that Disney is currently making to Splash Mountain. Tiana kisses the frog at the top of the card. On her dress, we see a mansion, her frog prince again, and little musical notes, which go with the jazz and New Orleans themes in the movie.
