The 1930’s is a pivotal decade for Walt Disney Productions. The first Disney princess was introduced as well as the first full length feature film. On February 23, 1935, Mickey Mouse picked up his baton and first directed a ragtag band of musicians in a cartoon short called The Band Concert.
