Paddlefish will be hosting a Cocktails & Cooking 101 class on Saturday, September 30 from 2 to 4 p.m. on their rooftop. Guests can sample and learn how to make high quality cocktails at this exciting event.
During the class, attendees will learn first-hand from Executive Chef Steve Richard how to make quality cocktails at home for only $50. They will also learn to pair wines with dishes for their next event and even make Paddlefish’s ever popular lobster guacamole.
The team at Paddlefish is also gearing up for the best holiday of the Florida lobster season: National Lobster Day! On September 25, Paddlefish will be serving up their famous lobster roll among other lobster favorites on their menu. Paddlefish is definitely a spot to celebrate this holiday in Orlando.
