Father’s Day is always special, but if you are lucky enough to be celebrating it in the Anaheim area, Downtown Disney has some ways to make it extra magical! Several restaurants and shops are offering discounts and specially themed foods for dads this weekend.
Chapel Hats is offering a 20% discount for dads from June 16-18. After Dad finds his perfect hat, treat him to brunch at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen, where he can enjoy live jazz music with his meal. If your dad is more into Mexican food than New Orleans cuisine, try Tortilla Jo’s. For Father’s Day weekend only, they are offering El Papi’s Fajitas, which are loaded with grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, chorizo, veggies, and house-made salsa. Doesn’t that sound like a meal sure to make dad feel like a king?
Uva Bar is offering the Big Daddy Burger all month long. It combines applewood bacon, a fried egg, avocado, white cheddar, and a secret sauce with their signature beef patty and brioche bun. Fortunately, you don’t have to be a dad to enjoy this yummy meal! ESPN Zone is also offering a special Father’s Day burger. It has pulled pork, kimchi, and tempura fried avocado. Additionally, they are offering the Father’s Day Grill Out, which includes smoked brisket, pork ribs, sausage, and corn-on-the-cob. On Saturday and Sunday, Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria is offering The Godfather Pizza. (Are you sensing a theme with these meal names?) This pizza has pepperoni, Italian sausage, meatballs, green peppers, mushrooms, and red onions, all of Dad’s favorite toppings. Of course, nothing says Dad like a steak dinner, and on Sunday only, Catal will offer a prime rib dinner.
After dinner, Dad will certainly need dessert. Sprinkles is offering a DAD box containing an assortment of their most popular flavors, and if Dad still isn’t full, he can get a free pretzel dog at Wetzel’s Pretzels with the purchase of a pretzel and a drink.
